Application Fees

The application fee is $40 per person. This is a non-refundable fee.

Security Deposit

Meridian Apartment has a refundable security deposit of:

  • $500 for 1 bedroom apartments
  • $700 for 2 bedroom apartments

Please note, this deposit may vary depending upon applicant’s credit rating, rental history, and past landlord references.

Pet Policy

Four-legged friends are welcome at Meridian Apartments!
The Meridian Apartments pet deposit is $500. Up to two pets are allowed per home (example: two dogs or two cats, or if you are brave, one dog and one cat). Pet rent is $50 per month charge/per pet.

We do have a 50 pound weight restriction on dogs and, we’re sorry, we also have some breed restrictions. Not all residents are comfortable with some breeds of dogs and we want to be respectful of that. Please ask the community manager to see the list.
