Application Fees

The application fee is $40 per person. This is a non-refundable fee.

Security Deposit

Meridian Apartment has a refundable security deposit of:

  • $500 for 1 bedroom apartments
  • $700 for 2 bedroom apartments

Please note, this deposit may vary depending upon applicant’s credit rating, rental history, and past landlord references.

Pet Policy

Indoor cats welcomed with an additional security deposit. Sorry we do not accept dogs at this time.
